A Must-Do Safari with an excellent company
This trip was a dream come true; thank you again for an amazing experience! Tour operator Kaanaeli and our driver Ali gave us our ideal custom trip in Tanzania. With a tight schedule and a specific budget, Kaanaeli was able to organize exactly what we wanted: a trip that would maximize our game drive time down the Ngorongoro Crater, and to see the migrated wildebeest herds in Ndutu, Serengeti. In the most amazing landscapes, we were lucky enough to spot the big 5 in just 24 hours! We saw the wildebeests in the thousands while they fed and rested before the next stage of their journey-- which was definitely a highlight! We camped in tents one night, in a relatively comfortable room the next day (and unexpected free upgrade, as our itinerary planned for tented camping two nights in a row), and were arranged a nice, higher-end accommodation back in Arusha (included at discounted price) at the end of our journey. We visited a Maasai Village one afternoon, which felt a bit scripted, but it was still interesting experience.
Ali was very kind, thoughtful and a good driver (even when we got stuck in the mud while avoiding a bus coming into our lane--he was reassuring, careful, and we made it back on the road after help from other cars). We tremendously appreciate Livingstone Tours' flexibility in arranging our perfect getaway, and we highly recommend this company to everyone!

Reliable and affordable Safari company
We had an amazing 9 days in the Serengeti last week. All arranged well and quickly by Livingstone’s Africa Safaris.
Our private guide Ally Juma showed us around his beloved Tanzania. All accommodations we stayed in were clean and had very friendly crew.
All around in Tanzania we found sanitiser stations to wash our hands and all staff in the lodges had mouth masks.
We added 2 extra nights during our trip which was arranged without any problem by Livingstone’s Africa Safaris.
This is the service everyone should receive and may expect.
Our main reason to visit Tanzania’s Serengeti was to photograph the migration of the Wildebeests.
For this you need a guide who knows how to position the LandCruiser so you are able to do just that to photograph from the right angle.
Livingstones Africa Safaris have the right guides for this job.
There are many many many Safari companies who offer their services to the public but not all of these safari companies are as reliable as Livingstone’s Africa Safaris.
For us a reliable company is very important.
Livingstones Africa Safaris delivers what they promise and they promise what they deliver.

Outstanding from start to finish !
Livingstone Africa Safaris was recommended to us and from our advance email correspondences we were satisfied they were the right company for us. They tailor-made a private 4 day, 3 night safari trip for us. Jurie and our guide Kombe met us the day before our trip to explain everything. What a lovely introduction!
We were very happy with our food, service and accommodation in the Thorn Tree campsite in the Serengeti as well as the African Safari Glamping site near Lake Manyara. Kombe's 20 years of expertise and experience in both guiding us through the wonderful game drives and handling the jeep through very rough terrain made it a once in a lifetime experience. We saw almost every creature known to man and were enchanted by the wildlife in the Ngorongoro Crater. Our final day was also awesome...We did a cycling trip in a town called Mto Wa Mbu; close to Lake Manyara with our guide, Emanuel. That trip was wonderful. We are more than happy to recommend Livingstone Safari company.

A Great Company and a Great Guide
This review is way late, but I wanted to make sure that I finally got on here and reviewed my wife's and my experience with Livingstone's Africa. We worked with Juri over e-mail to set up the trip and he was very responsive and very nice. He helped us make a plan that would get us to see everything, including setting up a hot air balloon ride! We were greeted at the airport by our guide Kanu and met Juri at the hotel we were spending the night at.
We had some amazing safaris and most of the thanks for that goes to our great guide Kanu. He knew each of the parks extremely well and was amazing at spotting animals no matter how hidden or far away they were. It was also great to chat with him during our long rides in the car over the many days we were with him. Not only did we have great drives with Kanu, we had great lunches as Juri's wife is a chef and made the best food I ever had before on safaris. I am still thinking about the meals she made.
The lodgings that Juri booked for us were also top notch and added to the trip. Each place was exceptional. We had an amazing time on our Tanzania safari and highly recommend Livingstone's Africa.
